Let’s prepare one of the infinite possible variations of yogurt bowl – meaning ‘yogurt bowl’ – using 200 grams of Greek yogurt, one banana, 20 grams of dark chocolate with 85% cocoa and a spoonful of semi mixed ground, or the seeds that we prefer.

All we have to do is peel the banana and cut it into slices, pour the Greek yogurt into a bowl and add the banana slices, the ground mixed seeds and the flaked dark chocolate.
