Trade Minister Zulkifli Hasan (Zulhas) and Minister of Communication and Information (Menkominfo) Budi Arie Setiadi expressed their views on the Founder and Chairman of CT Corp Chairul Tanjung (CT). According to them, CT is a serious and courageous person.
This was conveyed by Zulhas and Budi in the ‘Chat for Advanced Indonesia’ event with Total Politik at Plaza Indonesia, Central Jakarta, Sunday (27/8/2023). CT was present as a speaker at the event.
Zulhas admitted to having read Chairul Tanjung’s book. He then praised CT’s earnestness from school days to the ups and downs of establishing a business.
“When I read his book, it went from ordinary to extraordinary. What I took was his seriousness. Difficult times, school times, times of business ups and downs,” said Zulhas.
According to Zulhas, CT is an earnest figure. The sentence was said several times by Zulhas while holding the book ‘Chairul Tanjung Si Anak Singkong’. Zulhas admitted that he had read the book twice.
While Budi Ari considers a brave figure of CT. Budi said that in living a life, it takes courage. This is illustrated in the figure of CT which has proven to be successful because it dares to make decisions.
“That life, there is always an expression, success is from the brave. Mr. CT is brave. If you are not brave, you will not be successful,” he said.
