“After another rain, the incompetent repairs and the lack of an adequate slope in the section of the footpath are clearly visible. This happens after every rain and almost always the puddle stays for days until the water evaporates.
At the moment, people are forced to enter the car lane, including mothers with prams, because the footpath is impassable. This is extremely dangerous and will be an even bigger problem when the entire section is opened and traffic becomes heavy.” the Plovdiv resident is worried.
