The Japanese airline also scored 4 out of 5 for meals, seat comfort, staff service, and in-flight entertainment, and also posted a record 88.36% of on-time arrivals, according to Bounce.
The company’s operations include international and domestic passenger and cargo transportation services to 220 destinations and 35 countries around the world.
And it identified the top 10 international airlines for 2023, according to the following arrangement:
Japan Airlines.
Singapore Airlines.
Qatar Airways.
Korean Air.
Vistara.
“All Nippon Airways”.
Ethiopian Airlines.
Air India.
Azul Airlines.
Emirates Airlines and Vietnam Airlines (tie).
Singapore Airlines was ranked as the second best international airline, scoring 7.63 and tied for a cancellation rate of 0.03% with Iberia Airlines.
In the past, Singapore Airlines was voted the best cabin in the world by Skytrax, and this year, it was named Best Airline for the fifth time as well as Best First Class Airline. It has been rated as a five-star airline by Skytrax.
Qatar Airways is the third best international airline, with a score of 7.50.
According to Bounce, Qatar Airways has one of the lowest cancellation rates at just 0.33%. The company operates flights to more than 150 destinations around the world.
At the 2023 World Airline Awards, Qatar Airways also won the Best Business Class award for the tenth time.
