The contract for the acquisition of the Unahotel in Forte dei Marmi by the entrepreneur Attilio Bindi is expected for September – the preliminary agreement has already been signed. The king of desserts continues to expand his investment network in the hotel sector, after having bought the former historic hotel in via XX Settembre and the Areion in Forte dei Marmi (the latter will be demolished and rebuilt). This new acquisition is linked to the nearby transformation of the Canniccia which in 2024 will be proposed as a track for cars, thus being able to count on the nearby hotel right at the motorway exit as a reference point for motor enthusiasts who will come from all over Italy and beyond. 100% of the property is sold by the Versilia Hotels spa company, chaired by the building contractor Stefano Varia. The hotel has 75 rooms, a semi-Olympic swimming pool, a restaurant, two tennis courts, a 400-seat conference center and parking with 20 Tesla car charging stations.
