He President Andrés Manuel López Obrador announced that he will send a remodeling constitutional so that the program sowing life become universal.
“Before I leave, I am going to send a constitutional reform initiative so that, just as it has already been approved, the older adult has suspension and is a right, and whoever is in the presidency has to comply with that, because it has already been elevated to constitutional rank. … so I am also going to expand those social rights, I am going to send an initiative to reform the Constitution and we are going to include Sembrando Vida”.
Accompanied by the governor of Guerrero Evelyn Salgado (Morena), and his entire Social Cabinet, the President said that Sembrando Vida will have a budget for all of 2024 once his six-year term has ended.
In this municipality, known as the Black Pearl of Guerrero, the Chief Executive said that if this reform is approved, Sembrando Vida will be a universal program.
In his message, the President of the Republic presumed that together with his native Tabasco, Guerrero, they are two of the states where conservatism has no followers.
