B2C2 Cryptocurrency OTC Platform acquired French market maker Woorton for an undisclosed amount as part of its expansion into the European market.

“Woorton is an innovative and visionary firm that is great for B2C2 and shares common values, risk frameworks and operating practices. Like us, the team has experience with TradFi, but with the same focus on cryptocurrencies and digital assets,” said Thomas Restout, head of the EMEA region at B2C2.
Woorton is a licensed cryptocurrency service provider in France. Founded in 2017, the platform provides services to 250 clients and provides round-the-clock liquidity.
Recall that in November 2022, Nicola White became the new CEO of B2C2. She has held senior positions at Morgan Stanley and Citadel Securities, and in 2021 took over the US B2C2 division.
