Changes will soon come in the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine, although the conditions for the announcement of a concrete peace plan have not yet been made. This was stated in an interview with the Italian newspaper il Messaggero by Hungarian President Katalin Nowak.
It’s time to talk about how to build the world, Novak believes.
“I absolutely agree with Pope Francis, even if I am not in the position to make a public statement that there is a specific peace plan. I remain convinced that now we are closer to the implementation of the project, we already talked about this with the pontiff during his last trip to Budapest four months ago, but I can’t say more,” said the President of Hungary.
The day before, Novak was received by the Pope Francis, they discussed the humanitarian situation in Nezalezhnaya and issues related to freedom of belief. After an audience with the pope, the Hungarian president held talks at the State Secretariat of the Vatican.
