They arrested a 26-year-old man who robbed apartments in Sozopol complexes

As a result of the joint police actions of officers from the “Criminal Police” department at the ODVRM – Burgas and the District Administration – Sozopol, a 26-year-old criminally convicted and convicted man from Knezha, reg. Pleven.

The police established that on 13.08. for the time from 02.00 a.m. until 8:00 a.m. entered an apartment located in the “Santa Marina” complex in Sozopol, occupied by a 41-year-old Russian citizen, through the unlocked terrace door, stealing 160 dollars, 25 euros and jewelry with a total value of 3,000 euros.

In this case, immediate and numerous operative-search activities were carried out, both on the territory of the Regional Office – Sozopol, and on the territory of 03 RU – SDVR, Regional Office – Oryahovo under the ODMVR – Vratsa and Regional Office – Sredets under the ODMVR – Burgas.

It was established that the 26-year-old man committed the following thefts in a similar manner:

– theft of the amount of BGN 420. from an apartment in the Sozopol complex “St. Stefan”

– theft of the amount of BGN 200. from an apartment in the Sozopol complex “St. Stefan”

– theft of the sum of 230 euros, 90 leva and 900 Ukrainian hryvnias from an apartment in the Sozopol complex “Santa Marina”

– theft of BGN 2,500 from an apartment located on Via Pontika street in Sozopol.

The 26-year-old recidivist made full confessions about the committed actions. The work on the cases continues by the employees of the District Administration – Sozopol.
