If the Groove Session ends its columérin journey with this evening in Val d’Aran, it will not forget two other neighborhoods dear to its heart, where it stops every year at the end of summer.
Thus, Monday August 28 in En Jacca, and Tuesday August 29 in Seycheron, it will offer, after consultation with the inhabitants, two festive afternoons on different themes: “Funky” in En Jacca, “Afro” in Seycheron.
In En Jacca, a Battle Seven2Smoke on Popping and Locking dances will welcome 8 dancers performing battles one against one, in turn.
Graffiti workshops (at 6 p.m.), Double Dutch and Beat Box shows (with vice-world champions in the discipline), will also be on offer.
Other sounds, other disciplines at Seycheron with Afro and hip-hop 2vs2 Battles and Afro and urban dance shows. At En Jacca as at Seycheron, the evening will end with DJ sets, the dance floor being open to all.
Classes at the Break’in School dance school will resume in Colomiers on Tuesday September 5 (at the Alain Savary School). As part of the open doors, trial classes will be possible until September 16 for all levels (Baby-4 years old, to adult).
