The preventive action seeks that the president and the rest of the officials adopt preventive measures to safeguard the independence of the MP, which has been violated by the use of different social networks used by people who identify themselves with users of the X social network, and other social networks.

The attorney general points to accounts identified as Bernardo Silva, Vicente Carrera, Virginia Estrada, Sergio Yoel Morataya, Gerardo Guerra, Juan Francisco and Samuel Bernardo for being behind calls for demonstrations in front of the MP headquarters.

“They have tried to limit the exercise of criminal prosecution and therefore violate the autonomy and independence of the MP. Through acts that entail public disorder and violation of constitutional rights. Obstruction of justice and criminal prosecution. With the aim of deposing legally appointed public officials. By motivating the resignation of MP officials without there being a legal basis to justify them, ”says the document.
