The PSOE Leads in San Fernando with Close Margin in General Elections

The PSOE has been the most voted political force in San Fernando with a total of 17,258 support at the polls in these general elections. Of course, only 333 votes separate it from the PP, which is experiencing a strong increase in 2023. The popular ones grow 16 points, which translates into 16,925 ballots deposited in the polls. This is 33.69% of the votes cast, while the Socialists reach 34.35%, rising 5.86 points.

The big bump was for Ciudadanos. The oranges went from second to fifth option in the province in a matter of seven months. The party still led by Albert Rivera went from two to one seat for Cádiz. Only 9.14% of the population trust this political project.

62.28% of those registered in the census voted for a party, 37.72% chose to abstain, 1.3% the invalid vote and 1.5% the blank vote.
