23 million euros precisely for five departments: Landes, Gironde, Lot-et-Garonne, Dordogne and Charente-Maritime. Thus, more than 9 million additional euros will be allocated to the fight against forest fires in the Gironde department. The SDIS will be able to buy 54 vehicles with this money. That of Lot-et-Garonne will be able to acquire 9 machines thanks to the receipt of a subsidy of 1.35 million euros. The first deliveries will take place between 2024 and 2026.
