Fredis Kogans (played by Andris Morkāns)
The head of the Kogan family, who raises four sons, involving them in the criminal world and building the Kogan dynasty. Tough, ruthless and very focused.
Vytauts Morits (played by Ivars Kliavinskis)
An important character in the new season – an honest policeman with a dog’s sense of smell. You can feel the law breakers already bit by bit. There is a true servant of the law who does his work in good faith. He has a son, Tim, who in turn is attracted to the criminal world. The son is mostly raised by Vytaut’s ex-wife Enia, who also has problems with alcohol.
Nauris Kogans (played by Andris Gross)
The eldest son of the Kogans, for whom the father has a pronounced authority. Will be ready for anything on his father’s behalf.
Mark Kogan (played by Mārtiņš Upenieks)
The second eldest son of the Kogans, who is not afraid to stand up to his father – tries to be independent and self-sufficient. For the two younger brothers in the family, it is Mark who has the authority.
Harry (Harris) Kogan (played by Walt Skuja)
Second youngest son. He is not afraid to get involved in criminal transactions, and also suffers from gambling addiction, so money does not stay with him for long.
Ryan (Raja) Kogan (played by Arthur Irbe)
Kogan’s youngest son. Raja likes fast cars, motorcycles and for a while Raja was one of Interpol’s most wanted criminals.

Pauls Timiņš (played by Aldis Siliņš)
A colleague of Vytautas Moritz, but unlike Vytautas, he is not so ambitious and follows in the footsteps of the late Dolski. Does not always act according to the law. Does everything in his own interest.
