Following Tijjani Reijnders (AC Milan), Sam Beukema (Bologna), Milos Kerkez (AFC Bournemouth) and Jesper Karlsson (Bologna), Pantelis Hatzidiakos also seems to be leaving AZ. The 26-year-old defender is in the concrete interest of Serie A club Cagliari.
