there is a rule in my classes that there are no rules – Dunakanyar Region

On Monday, even in the early evening hours, the mercury in the thermometer reached well over 34 degrees Celsius, but apparently the heat didn’t deter the hundreds of residents of Dunakes who wanted to do sports, who kept coming to the Katonadom, where one of our country’s most popular star coaches, Réka Rubin, held the Mozdulj , Dunakeszi! training.

The sports event was opened by Ádám Juhász, an employee of the Dunakeszi Program Office, who has been impressed by Réka Rubint’s professionalism and love of sports since his childhood, and he even quoted from the poetry of his coaching career in his greeting. Réka Rubint spoke willingly to Dunakeszi Polgár before the training this year.

Despite the heat of 34 degrees on a summer evening, hundreds are attracted by your love of sports and your personality. How does it feel to stand on stage and greet the many enthusiastic sports-loving women and men from Dunakes, with whom you train for an hour?

Regardless of the weather – if it’s snowing, if it’s freezing in winter or, like today, the heat wave is raging – I always consider it a huge honor that people vote their trust in me with their presence, which is a very big thing in today’s world.

He has been one of the best-known and most popular instructors in our country for many years. With such a rich coaching history behind you, what is it that still inspires you to hold regular training sessions across the country?

The love of people and sports is the energy I can pass on to others. Regardless of the season – when I hear the music – when the pulsation that sports means to me starts, and the crowd becomes one with it, it is indescribable what kind of energy it gives me and obviously the audience as well.

What do you get from the audience, from sports people, what is the feedback like?

I am happy to say that the feedback is always very positive. People are very grateful for the sense of life they get from me. When I travel the country, when they see me, they whisper behind me and I hear them say to each other: “Wow, you’re also Rékázol?!” I also have Cancer!” When a person is known and addressed by his first name by the sports audience of the country, there is no happier feeling. This is Love! Few people can say that about themselves, especially in our profession. Maybe Norbi alone! When we say Norbi and aerobics, everyone knows it’s my husband. This is the fruit of many years and a lot of work, which cannot be built in a day. It’s a mutual trust! It is a great pleasure for me that there are so many young people in my classes, not only here, but in all parts of the country. This shows that I am there in the families, I am there through the mothers in the lives of the children, so it is an indescribable joy.

He has extremely intense training sessions. How much do you take into account that people of different fitness levels come to such a class?

I recommend it to everyone because there is one rule in my classes that there are no rules. Everyone stops there and when they want to rest or drink. But my experience is that the flow, the energy will captivate you anyway. I have guests who are after some kind of surgery or have health problems, and they come to my class and sit down just to absorb the energy that comes from the class by sitting. In fact, this alone affects them and heals them.

Willingly or unwillingly, I caught a moment, I saw how lovingly, with a huge hug they were received.

This is a great happiness for me. There are quite a few people who attend my classes regularly, they are there almost everywhere I go. Be it Rozsnyai utca on Tuesday evenings, or a camp, be it a performance anywhere in the country. The lady you are referring to lives in Dunakeszin, to whom I have been going for respiratory therapy for 20 years. I think I can thank him that Rubint Réka found Rubint Réka. Through him, I am also connected to Dunakeszi, where I always come to train with pleasure.

After the interview, the 116-minute training session began. While I was admiring the athletes from Dunakes, I remembered the lines that Ádám Juhász quoted from Réka Rubin’s website at the opening:What you are about to do is not only important for yourself, it gives you endurance, seeing your willpower and steadfastness, many people around you will draw strength from you. Success is not given for free, but what you fight for by yourself, no one can take it away from you, because it is yours…”
