God Almighty said (The recompense of those who wage war against God and His Messenger and strive to spread corruption in the land is only that they be killed, or crucified, or their hands cut off, or expel them from the strife, or exile them from the land; that is for them a disgrace in this world, and for them in the Hereafter is a grievous chastisement).
Abdullah bin Ali bin Muhammad al-Matrood – a Saudi national – killed the agent of Sergeant Suleiman bin Ibrahim bin Ahmed Al-Sumairi – a Saudi national – by shooting him, and shooting and wounding another security man while trying to arrest him for sheltering a minor girl and having an forbidden relationship with her. .
By the grace of God, the security authorities were able to arrest the aforementioned perpetrator, and the investigation with him resulted in him being accused of committing his crime, and by referring him to the competent court, a document was issued against him proving his guilt in what was attributed to him, and because what he did is considered a form of corruption on earth and evidence of his seriousness and roots. Criminality in and of itself, due to the multiplicity of its antecedents, the ugliness of its crime, its breach of security and the fear of those who are safe, which necessitates a decisive punishment for evil that repels it. He was sentenced to death, and the ruling was supported by his authority, and a royal order was issued to enforce what was decided by law and was supported by his authority.
And the death sentence was implemented by the offender, Abdullah bin Ali bin Muhammad al-Matrood – a Saudi national – on Thursday, 02/08/1445 AH, corresponding to 08/24/2023 AD, in the Eastern Province.
