We have already written more than once that Qualcomm is working on a new top-end Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip. Now information has appeared on the Internet which smartphone can receive this chip first.
What is known
According to the report, Qualcomm has chosen Xiaomi and its next flagship smartphone, Xiaomi 14, as its first partner. The chip is scheduled to be unveiled at the Snapdragon Summit 2023 event in October, and the smartphone in November or December. First, the novelty will be released in China, and then in the global market.
According to the leaks, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 will receive a new core structure: one Prime core, five performance cores, and two “small” cores. The maximum core frequency will be a record 3.7 GHz. The processor must come with Adreno 750 GPU graphics.
