Celtic of Scotland have taken firm steps in their quest to strengthen their squad and have set their sights on the talented Honduran striker, Luis Palma. The Scottish club presented a formal offer to Aris of Greece, the footballer’s current team, in an attempt to secure his signing and add him to their squad for the coming season.
