« To have peace, you have to prepare for war ! This popular version of the Latin phrase ” If you want peace, prepare for war » is no longer in tune with the times except that it is downright wrong!
Nowadays, we would rather say: to guarantee war, we must create a semblance of peace! ».
Economic war, trade war, political war, holy war, social war… All these wars are waged by superpowers, hyperpowers and those who think they are God, in order to guarantee their survival, and secure peace in the pursuit of their hegemony.
Whether the regime is capitalist, socialist, communist…there is always an elite class that places itself in a position of superiority. She controls everything and by the power she gives herself, she puts herself away from the “populace”, which in her eyes represents decadence.
But this social stratum must be assured of a semblance of peace so that it holds its own! And, to fool everyone, human rights, democracy, the rule of law, universal suffrage, the constitution… and what not, were created to give these people the impression that there are laws and values that preserve their tranquility. Quietude which can only be ensured by war!
War cannot exist without a superficial peace! If there was a climate of social harmony, if resources were shared equitably, war would not exist! It would then be chaos for those who have the supremacy, because there would be nothing to run the money machine.
Unconventional warfare to consume slowly. Conventional warfare to atomize. As long as there are men, war and peace will be intrinsically linked.
