Electric car manufacturer Tesla’s latest creation, Cybertruck, is getting closer and closer to being launched on the market, and it has just been caught on film driving along one of Iceland’s glaciers. Tesla has so far not been too enthusiastic about various promotional materials, but the manufacturer has recently increased the number of various marketing activities, and in this case, too, it looks like the Cybertruck is being filmed with the help of a Land Rover Discovery – the rear trunk lid of the British SUV is open.
The Cybertruck is expected to reach customers in about a month. The head of Tesla, Elon Musk, has previously said that the key-giving event should take place in the third quarter, but Musk’s promises are being met with some skepticism.
According to publicly collected information, 1.9 million Cybertruck units have been reserved, however, the real number of car buyers could be quite different, as the reservation could be made by paying a symbolic payment of 100 dollars. Time will tell how many of the reservations will turn into actual purchases and manufactured machines. Currently, there is great anticipation when the Cybertruck finally becomes available in the market.
