Kochi: Amicus Curia Adv. High Court decision to avoid Ranjit Marare. The High Court action came after it became clear that Ranjit Marar had a close relationship with the accused Dileep.
The prosecution informed the court that Ranjith had a relationship with Dileep. Documents of financial transactions with Dileep were also submitted to the court. The WhatsApp chats of both of them had also reached the court.
Atijeevta approached the High Court stating that someone had illegally checked the memory card on which the footage was captured. Atijeevi demanded that action should be taken. An amicus curiae was appointed to assist the court in the case.
