Al Nasr to Terminate Contract of Brazilian Superstar Talisca Due to Asian Confederation Rules

Saudi Pro League club Al Nasr are reportedly set to terminate the contract of Brazilian superstar Anderson Talisca. The rules laid down by the Asian confederation pave the way out for Talisca. A special rule of the Asian Confederation states that only five non-Asian players per team are allowed to participate in the Asian Champions League. Currently, Anner is likely to prefer Cristiano Ronaldo, Marcelo Brozovic, Sadio Mane, Seko Fofana and Alex Telles.

In 2021, Taliska came to the Saudi Pro League from the Chinese club Gwas FC. The actor had a great performance in the Al Nasr shirt. Taliska’s earnings in Saudi Arabia are 44 goals and eight assists from 67 matches. After the arrival of superstar Cristiano Ronaldo to Al Nasser, both of them made great moves in the forward line. Talisca scored 21 goals and two assists only after Ronaldo arrived.

Talisca’s future at the club remains uncertain despite signing a new contract with Al Nasr in April. The arrival of Mane and Brozovic at the club has also threatened the player’s position at the club. Al Nasr will face Al Shabaab in the Asian Champions League play-off match on August 29.
