Music Teacher Robbed at Home: Incident Captured on Video

A music teacher was robbed at her home in Villa Elisa in approximately 15 seconds. A woman who said she was interested in information about a music course got hold of a work item. Everything that happened was recorded on video.

Alicia Giménez, a music teacher, reported that she was the victim of home robbery on Saturday afternoon. It happened on Francisco Paredes, Tres Bocas neighborhood, Villa Elisa.

The victim explained that a middle-aged woman came to her home to ask about the classes she offers. Apparently her daughter was interested in studying.

“I let her in so as not to attend her there in the sun and I tell her about the classes. She asks me everything, I tell her everything and, in that, she asks me for a glass of water, “said the victim.

Giménez explained that it took 15 seconds to return with the requested glass of water. That moment was enough for the woman to seize a tablet, the victim’s work item, which she kept in a backpack.

“I come to give you the glass of water. She planned to go out, but since she already came, she stayed. In that, she went in to check if my things were still there and she leaves without saying a word. There I confirmed that unfortunately she took my work item, ”lamented the teacher.

Given what happened, she filed a complaint with the National Police and provided closed-circuit recordings, which recorded the moment the woman apparently seized an object.

The Police promised to carry out the investigative work to find the person responsible for the theft.
