Using Qonto: Cash Withdrawal and Payment Authorization Options Explained

With Qonto you can order physical payment cards (Mastercard) and use them to withdraw money from any ATM.

However, for security reasons, we process no cash deposits.

As a payment institution, we also do not offer cash holdings.

At some merchants, the payment authorization can be performed with the signature (and not with the PIN code).

This authorization method comes with your Qonto card not accepted. Each payment at a physical terminal must be confirmed by entering your PIN code.
