On the evening of yesterday, Saturday, August 19, 2023, a parcel deliverer made an emergency call and announced that he had been involved in a traffic accident. The police patrol was able to identify the caller with his white van in Hinterzarten. The van had significant accident damage. The accident site in Hinterzarten specified by the driver, after which he hit a street lamp, could not be confirmed.
The police are therefore looking for the accident location, which could be on the delivery tour from Löffingen via Titisee-Neustadt and Hinterzarten. He may have caused damage to others while maneuvering at an unloading point. Witnesses or victims are asked to contact the police in Titisee-Neustadt on 07651/93360.
