A dead woman was found in a park in Roosendaal last night. The cause of death is not yet known, police said.
Some young people found the woman’s body around 8:45 p.m. in the bushes along the cycle path near Strausslaan. They called the police. The area was then cordoned off for investigation Broadcasting Brabant lasted all night.
Police say the dead may be a homeless woman between the ages of 40 and 60.
With regard to the cause of death, no scenarios are currently ruled out. “There may be a medical cause, accident, suicide or a crime,” said the police.
Police are calling on witnesses to come forward.
