A suspect in his 30s who raped and beat a woman to death in a park in Sillim-dong, Seoul, was charged with rape and murder.
The Seoul Gwanak Police Station changed Choi’s charges from ‘rape injury’ to ‘rape and murder’.

Police plan to hold a Personal Information Disclosure Committee within this week to decide whether to disclose Choi’s name and face.
