A FIRST SAVING POINT
After a catastrophic start to the Ligue 2 championship with two defeats, Valenciennes scored their first point of the season by conceding a draw on their lawn, and without taking a goal, on the occasion of the reception of Guingamp.
Even if there are not the three points of victory, this small point of draw is encouraging for the Valenciennes who after two heavy defeats against Auxerre (4-1) and Bastia (3-0), mark a small point synonymous with a draw without taking the slightest goal against the Bretons coached by the northerner Stéphane Dumont.
