In addition to the practice hall, Indonesia will also have a chance to practice in the main hall at the Royal Arena, on Saturday afternoon. The committee, Jonatan Christie et al., were given a 90-minute training session on two courts starting at 16.00.

Before starting the first technical training, all the players underwent warm-up and agility exercises beforehand with joy and enthusiasm. Physical trainer Yansen Alpine, led this exercise. After that, they continued with technical training according to their respective sectors.

According to Gregoria Mariska Tunjung, she really enjoyed the training portion of the morning session. The atmosphere is calm and cool, making him able to practice optimally. Together with Putri Kusuma Wardani, this women’s singles player was trained by coach Indra Widjaja.

“I enjoyed this first practice to relax my body and restore the feeling of just hitting. It’s good that the muscles of the body can return to face the next practice and matches,” said Gregoria.
