Anear kyiv, Niamey! The cold war that has just heated up in Ukraine will perhaps find its incandescence in the torrid climate of the Sahel. It began with a series of coups d’etat, it will end, if we are not careful, with a general conflagration. What do you want ? The Berlin Wall has fallen and, with it, the post-war map. The world is recomposing. A new era is dawning. A new division of Africa is in sight.
