FAJAR.CO.ID, PALEMBANG — Misunderstanding between First Class Agus Norman Yusuf, a member of the IKN Kosek and his brother-in-law Serda Rustam Purgiri, Babinsa 0418/01 Makrayu and residents of Lr. Budiman Kel. 35 Ilir, Kec. IB II Palembang City has ended peacefully, on Friday (18/8/2023).
The dispute started from a misunderstanding that occurred, where Pratu Agus Norman Yusuf reprimanded his front-door neighbor who turned on the active speaker with sound.
Where during the incident the active speaker was accidentally nudged until it fell. Not long ago, a number of residents approached Pratu Agus’ house, resulting in a war of words.
Serda Rustam Purgiri tried to intervene, but the dispute continued, until finally Private Agus Norman Yusuf and Serda Rustam and their families fled to the Makrayu Police, and were taken to Pomdam II/Swj.
The next day, Friday (18/8/2023) this problem was resolved through dialogue and mediation witnessed by officials and local regional leaders, where Mr. Indra Hasan (in-law Serda Rustam / Parents of Pratu Agus Yusuf) representing the two agreed to make peace with the residents represented by M. Agung Rizki Arizona, the next door neighbor who owns an active speaker.
Both parties agreed to make peace which was stated in a stamped statement, which was known by Danramil 01/Makrayu, Kapolsek IB II, community leaders, Head of RT 22 and Lurah 35 Ilir Palembang.
In fact, the two sides have been good neighbors for a long time.
In the mediation process, it was revealed that misunderstandings occurred as a result of their words and behavior, so they agreed on the importance of mutual respect and understanding the intentions of other people’s actions, by clarifying any potential problems before acting further.
