Raffaella Mennoia spoke about his program in a recent, long interview for the weekly ‘Chi’; in the press, the author and curator of the docureality -conducted by Filippo Bisciglia- explained how the process of selecting couples who decide to put their relationship to the test on the island of temptations works.
There are so many who want to participate, so much so that Mennoia personally interviews 120 couples. “First a selection is made by the authors who tell me about it, then we call the couples. It takes three months.” It is not a simple procedure at all and in the end what guides the choice is “Instinct, experience. You have to think of them as separate, these couples never stand together, except in the bonfire of comparison ”.
