Ciudad Juárez.- With the participation of staff from the Institute of the Workers’ Housing Fund (Infonavit) and real estate agencies, this day an information fair is held at the San Lorenzo shopping center, so that the population knows how much credit they can obtain to buy your house.
Gildardo Muñoz, president of the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI) explained that the collaboration is for the benefit of citizens who can request information on their credit, debt or mortgage status in a more accessible way.
“We know that going to do some procedure such as the cancellation of a mortgage or knowing what credit is available, the worker has to use a day’s work and they discount it, by having these spaces we save time,” said Muñoz .
Among the services available are:

- Mortgage Debt Review
In addition to the Infonavit services, the population that attends can receive legal advice from the AMPI for situations in which a house is invaded, vandalized or not intestate.
MS real estate group, Virtu Real Estate Broker, Agile Real Estate, Promoter of Recovered Housing, Nekilo and Lead Real Estate participate in the fair, with certified advisors who support the beneficiary with their doubts regarding the products offered by Infonavit and how to take advantage of them.
Among the most frequent questions that real estate agents answer is how to use the institute’s platform, since each beneficiary must have an account generated from their social security number to check their credit profile.
By noon, about 200 people had been treated.
The activities will continue until 2:00 in the afternoon at the food court of the shopping center located between Paso Triunfo de la República and Fray Pedro de Gante street.
