EL-SEN warned, drew attention to the vacancies in KIB-TEK

We have great concerns about the method of the written exams that will be given to 542 applicants in the exams to be held on August 22, 2023. The General Manager of Kıb Tek has to be transparent in order to end the ambiguity and discourse and to make a statement in a way that will answer the questions we ask below in order to eliminate all uncertainties.

1. Which University prepared the exam questions?
2. Who will ensure the preparation and security of the exam questions?
3. Who will be the observers?
4. Are the candidates who are eligible to take the exam 5 days before the exam determined?
5. Apart from vacant jobs, will there be vacant recruitment?
6. Who has the list of personnel who will take the exam?
7. What will be the method to be applied in case the written exam passing score is equal?
8. Will the interviews about the candidates who pass the written exam be transparent?

We are concerned that the vacancies opened in Kıb Tek, the discourses that create discomfort among the candidates who will take the exam 5 days before the exam date, and that the rights of 542 people cannot be protected equally and properly. and that behind it the rumors of crony relationships are swirling. Our request is the implementation of the recruitment rules in the collective bargaining agreement without exception. We as El-Sen inform the public that we will follow the process for the implementation of the rules.
