The American company “Apple” announced that it will return the call end button to its original position on the iPhone application interface in the seventh beta version of the expected operating system “IOS17”.
And the company had changed the location of the button to end phone calls on the iPhone for one of the beta versions of the “iOS17” system, which is currently being tested for launch next month.
And “Apple” previously moved the “end call” button to the lower right corner.
This is instead of the traditional position in which the button was alone in the center of the screen below the other buttons.
Firm backtrack and reset button
The company has now retracted and is working to return the button to its original location, but among the rest of the buttons that have all been moved to the bottom of the screen.
And “Apple” indicated that changing the position of the call end button aroused the dissatisfaction of users who used to end the call by pressing in the middle of the lower side of the iPhone screen.
Changing its location led to other buttons being pressed by mistake when trying to end the call.
Which prompted the company to return the button to its usual place again.
Features of the “IOS” application
It is expected that iPhone users will get some new features in the “iOS17” phone application, including the contact stickers feature.
This feature enables users to:
Choose an appearance and image for them that appear when connected to other iPhones.
Convert your voicemail into a real-time transcript.
The feature of quickly exchanging contacts via “Air Drop”, which Apple calls “Name Drop”.
