Stadtreinigung Hamburg AöR (SRH) was able to significantly increase sales and earnings in 2022 and exceed the target figures. According to the mandatory publication in the company register, the corporation, which is obliged to dispose of private household waste and household-type commercial waste in the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, generated sales of more than half a billion euros for the first time last year. Revenue rose from €474 million to €503 million, slightly exceeding forecasts. Consolidated net income improved from €25.7 million to €37.9 million. The only expectation was a result at the previous year’s level. Despite the influence of the corona pandemic and the Ukraine war, the 2022 financial year was satisfactory overall, the company sums up.
