The department advised not to go out without special need from 11.00 to 17.00 hours – this is the time of maximum solar activity.

On the street, it is better to stay in the shade, periodically go into rooms with air conditioning. You need to have a bottle of non-carbonated mineral water with you.

Clothing should be loose, made of natural fabrics, shoes should be open and comfortable.

In a room without an air conditioner, it is recommended to cool the air with a container of water, which is placed in front of the fan. If there is a device, then you do not need to lower the temperature below 18-20 degrees so as not to catch a cold.

To protect the body from dehydration, drink no more cold liquids – at least 1.5-3 liters per day (for example, water with lemon juice, warm green tea without sugar, still mineral water, compotes and fruit drinks). Also, eliminate fatty, fried and sugary foods from your diet.

Do not forget about the rules of personal hygiene. Also, special attention should be paid to perishable products: meat products, salads, cottage cheese, milk, confectionery.
