Naštěstí to nebyl problém. Všichni hráči, bez ohledu na národnost, jsou ochotní přispět do týmového fungování. Všichni jsme si vědomi, že bez vzájemné spolupráce a solidarity to nebude fungovat. Takže zatím to vypadá, že se všichni dokážeme přizpůsobit a spolupracovat jako tým.
Jaké jsou vaše cíle pro nadcházející sezonu?
Samozřejmě bychom rádi navázali na úspěch minulého roku a opět se dostali do finále. Chceme bojovat o medaile a pokusit se získat titul. Věřím, že s novými hráči a trenérem máme na to, abychom se dostali co nejdál. Ale samozřejmě je to volejbal a všechno může být jinak, takže uvidíme, jak se nám povede.
Na závěr bych se chtěl zeptat na vaše osobní plány. Jak dlouho byste ještě chtěl hrát volejbal a co byste chtěl po skončení kariéry dělat?
Momentálně se soustředím na volejbal a nechci moc přemýšlet o budoucnosti. Ale samozřejmě bych chtěl hrát ještě několik let. Co bude potom, uvidíme. Rád bych zůstal ve volejbale a předával své zkušenosti dalším hráčům. Ale to je ještě daleko, takže se teď soustředím na přítomnost a na to, abychom s týmem dosáhli co nejlepších výsledků.
