2. Backstroke: This type is swimming on the back. The swimmer performs alternating arm and leg movements while the face is flat on the surface of the water. Breathing is done by turning the head up to take in air and put it back into the water for breathing.
3. **Butterfly**:** This type is considered one of the most technically difficult types of swimming. It requires simultaneous movements of the arms and legs, as the arms differ in the implementation of butterfly-like movements. Breathing is done by raising the head to breathe when the upper body is out of the water.

The swimmer starts by pushing the arms forward, then pulls them back, and then begins to open them again. Similar movements occur for the legs as well.
