According to information from BLITZ, Modev staffs the Ministry of the Interior by arranging businessmen close to him with his police chiefs in the Ministry of the Interior.
It turns out that the Minister of the Interior Kalin Stoyanov is pure and simple a pawn in the hands of the former student functionary who has already cheated and got rich in a record three months.
