MUNICH – Leipzig football players triumphed over Bayern Munich 3:0 and won the title in the German Super Cup.
The Spanish midfielder Dani Olmo “shot down” the Bavarians with a clean hat-trick in the home Allianz Arena. English striker Harry Kane made his debut in the jersey of the reigning German champion, who started in the 63rd minute on the day of his transfer.
The Bavarians did not catch the beginning of the meeting and were already losing in the 3rd minute after Olm’s goal. After only a few minutes on the field, the captain of “Albion” watched a goal to make it 3:0 from Olma’s boot, which definitively broke Bayern’s resistance.
