Los investment funds Spaniards have increased their assets by 4,293 million in July. This figure represents a rise of 1.28% compared to the previous month. Thanks to this increase, the total equity of these products stands at 338,724 millionaccording to data from the consultancy Vdos collected by the agency Europa Press.
The main reason for the increase in assets has been the positive performance of the portfolios, which have generated 3,674 million euros. The other 619 million euros have corresponded to net deposits, that is, new money inflows minus outflows.
Once again, the main banking groups have led the collection of money in funds, managing to attract 355 million euros. Something logical since the Spanish saver usually invests through his trusted bank office. Total, banks manage 255,958 million euros in investment funds. Its market share amounts to 75.57%.
