RIVM’s Concern: Rise of STIs, Gonorrhea Cases Among Highly Educated Young People Under 25

RIVM is concerned about an increase in the number of STIs, especially among young people. In particular, the number of gonorrhea cases is rising. The biggest risers? Highly educated young people under the age of 25. Together with the GGDs, RIVM will therefore be handing out condoms at festivals and during introduction weeks this summer under the banner of ‘give love, no STI’. Rosa Joosten is from RIVM and is on the line, good afternoon.
