Al-Miqdadi stressed that Federal Law No. 2 of 2020 enhances the country’s regional and international investment and commercial status, and that the UAE legislator worked through Law 19 of 2016 and its executive regulations to combat the phenomenon of commercial fraud, to enhance the strength of the economic and commercial sectors in the country with deterrent penalties for those who begged him.
