Project manager in furniture layout (m/f)

– BTS AEA/ERA or DRB training supplemented by an assistant license in business conduct or building business conduct
– A successful experience of at least five years in a similar position is required
– Reading plans, drawing carpentry on Autocad software
– Knowledge of interior carpentry is required
– Good adaptability and interpersonal skills
– Autonomy, rigor and method are qualities required to carry out these missions
– Ability to manage a team

Our furniture manufacturer client specializing in hotel fittings is looking to strengthen its teams, a confirmed business manager. Your main tasks:
– Establish or refine the specifications of the case according to what is transmitted to him by the salesman and the client
– Establish a descriptive quantitative, estimated and qualitative estimate according to the specifications and intended for the client
– Establish or obtain a provisional schedule
– Ensure the taking of the ribs on sites
– Scrupulously ensure and control the implementation of flawless prototypes or “control” chambers
– If necessary, ensure the close follow-up of the case through site meetings, minutes, reports, other photos and necessary letters, while totally securing the client
– Technical capacity and computer knowledge in order to delegate (or to do it himself) the customer drawing phases (plan of principle) and the detailed plans for a production launch to the dedicated teams by participating in the briefing and debriefing meetings
– Collaborate to ensure a financial follow-up of his business with the appropriate tools
– Report on his activity to the business manager
– Collaborate to entrust work to subcontractors as soon as necessary and ensure control
