Fabio Quartararo sent a stern warning to Yamaha. The test results at Misano next month will determine Quartararo’s future.
The Yamaha racer had a disappointing 2023 season despite being runner-up last year. Quartararo is difficult to be competitive so that his best result is only one third podium in nine regular races.
This situation is getting worse because The devil starting from the last position in Silverstone, England, last weekend. In the process, Quartararo only finished 15th, one strip behind his teammate, Franco Morbidelli.

“At the Misano test I want to have proof. They have a month,” he blurted out Quarterly to Motorsport. “Yamaha has promised me a lot over three years in a 10-page PDF document.”
“This year I don’t want to look at that PDF anymore. I don’t want to see things that have already been written, what I want to see is the bike in Misano because it will be a 95% used bike in 2024. There it will be seen whether Yamaha really really wants me for the future.”
“Yamah is the priority because they brought me to MotoGP. I trust Yamaha and I have given them a chance, but there will be no second chance,” Quartararo said.
