During an interview given to The Republican East, during which he looks back on the eventful summer experienced by his club and on the coming season, the president of AS Nancy Lorraine Sébastien Janodet confirms this new arrangement. “There is no longer a time limit now. A National club can keep pro status for several seasons if it meets the specifications requested”, indicates the Nancy manager, great craftsman of the Red and White repechage in N1. Formations such as Red Star, Le Mans, Orléans, or now Dijon, Niort, Nîmes and … ASNL are affected by the measure. “You can do ten years in National while remaining professional but that is not the goal for Nancy, warns Sébastien Janodet, however.
