Jakarta, CNN Indonesia —
PT Tabi Bangun Papua employee, Mieke said most of the people Jayapura learned that the Angkasa Hotel owned by the Governor of Papua was disabled Luke Enembe.
However, Mieke said the hotel was listed in letters belonging to the Director of PT Tabi Bangun Papua, Rijatono Lakka.
“The witness said that there was a house for the Leopard that was owned by Mr. Lukas Enembe. Did you know that this is related to the Angkasa Hotel?” asked one of the prosecutors at the Corruption Court at the Central Jakarta District Court, Wednesday (9/8).
“I know,” Mieke replied.
“But as far as the witness knows it was Pak Rijatono Lakka who woke him up?” asked the Prosecutor further.
“Yes,” replied Mike.
“Who owns this Angkasa Hotel? Just say so,” asked the prosecutor.
“That’s what’s confusing, sir,” replied Mieke.
“Confused how?” asked the Prosecutor.
“As far as Jayapura says it’s Pak Lukas’ hotel,” Mieke replied.
“Who do you mean from Jayapura? Jayapura people?” asked the Prosecutor further.
“Yes,” replied Mike.
“Is that the hotel Mr. Lukas?” asked the Prosecutor.
“But according to the letters, everything is in the name of Mr. Tono,” Mieke replied.
Rijatono is the adopted son of Lukas Enembe
The director of PT Tabi Anugerah Pharmindo, the director of PT Tabi Bangun Papua and the beneficiary of CV Walibhu Rijatono Lakka are said to have been adopted as children by Lukas Enembe. The name Rijatono Lakka is even pinned with the surname ‘Enembe’.
“I clarified again in BAP number 103: I did not know about the closeness between Mr. Rijatono Lakka and Mr. Lukas Enembe, but Mr. Rijatono Lakka once said that the person concerned was adopted as a child by Lukas Enembe and got the Enembe surname behind the name Rijatono Lakka. Rijatono Lakka once said that Rijatono Lakka was closer to the Governor, Mrs. Yulce Wenda [istri Lukas]. Is that true?” said the KPK prosecutor reading out Mieke’s dossier at the Central Jakarta Tipikor Court, Wednesday (9/8).
“That’s right,” Mike answered.
Mieke said Rijatono was very close to Lukas. The two of them even had frequent meetings.
“Have you ever participated in (in the meeting between Pak Rijatono and Pak Lukas)?” asked the prosecutor.
“Only once,” said Mieke.
“Have you ever come to Mr. Lukas Enembe’s house with Mr. Rijatono Lakka?” asked the prosecutor again.
“Yes,” he said.
Mieke explained that Rijatono was invited by Lukas during the celebration of the Leopard House which is located on Jalan KRI Macan Tutul 10, Trikora Village, North Jayapura District.
“Is that a private house or?” asked the prosecutor.
“I don’t know whether it’s a private house or an official house,” said Mieke.
“Witness knows why Mr. Rijatono Lakka was then invited by Mr. Lukas Enembe? continued the prosecutor.
“You are close to Mr. Lukas,” said Mieke.
“Did Mr. Rijatono Lakka ever work on the house that was made for the celebration?” asked the prosecutor.
“According to people, they said yes, but I don’t know the details,” Mieke replied.
Rijatono is also said to have been part of Lukas’ successful team.
“Ever heard [Rijatono tim sukses Lukas],” said Mike.
In the KPK prosecutor’s indictment, Rijatono is alleged to have bribed Lukas in the amount of IDR 35 billion related to a project for the procurement of goods and services within the Papua Provincial Government for the 2018-2021 Fiscal Year.
The bribe consisted of Rp. 1 billion in cash and Rp. 34,429,555,850 for the construction or renovation of physical assets.
