The fires that are currently ravaging the archipelago of Hawaii have killed at least six people, announced on Wednesday the mayor of the island of Maui, Richard Bissen. “I am sad to report that, just before speaking, it was confirmed that there had been six deaths”, declared Mr. Bissen during a press conference, recalling that this assessment does not was only temporary, as search and rescue operations continued on the island.
